AestheticSilai’s 3D printed portrait sculpture service combines the precision of digital technology
with the craftsmanship of skilled finishing artists to create portrait sculptures of extraordinary
accuracy and detail.

The process begins with high-resolution photographs of the subject, taken from multiple angles
in consistent lighting conditions. Our digital artists then use advanced 3D modelling software to
construct a precise digital model of the subject’s face and form. This model is refined, detailed,
and prepared for 3D printing. The printing process uses high-resolution SLA or FDM printing to
produce a physical piece of exceptional dimensional accuracy — every facial feature, every
subtle contour, every characteristic detail of the subject’s appearance is captured in the printed
form.

The printed piece is then handed to our finishing artists, who sand, prime, and finish the surface
to the client’s specification. Three finishing options are available:
Monochrome: The sculpture is finished in a single colour — typically white, matte black, or warm
grey — for a clean, classical sculptural aesthetic that emphasises form over colour.
Hand-painted realistic: Skilled painters apply skin tones, hair colour, eye detail, and other
realistic colours to the printed form, producing a hyper-realistic likeness.

Antique bronze finish: The piece is finished to resemble traditional cast bronze, giving it an
institutional, memorial quality ideal for commemorative purposes.
