• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase — it does not guarantee acceptance by us
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
• Product colours and textures in photographs may vary slightly from actual pieces due to lighting and photography conditions
• All dimensions stated are approximate and may have minor variations in handcrafted pieces
• We will notify you promptly if we are unable to fulfil your order, and a full refund will be issued

Custom artworks — including murals, bronze sculptures, 3D portrait models, and bespoke decor — are produced entirely to client specifications. The following terms apply specifically to all commissioned works:

• A free consultation is required before any commission begins, to agree on scope, materials, dimensions, and timeline
• A digital 3D preview will be provided for client approval before production commences
• Client approval of the digital preview constitutes acceptance of the design — changes requested post-approval may incur additional charges
• Timelines provided are estimates; delays due to material sourcing or force majeure will be communicated promptly
• Aesthetic Silai retains the right to photograph completed works for portfolio and marketing use, unless the client specifically requests confidentiality in writing
• Custom pieces cannot be returned or refunded once production has commenced, except in cases of manufacturing defects

All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept payments via all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods supported by our payment gateway.

• For in-stock products: full payment is required at the time of order placement
• For custom commissions: a 30–50% advance is required to commence work; the balance is due before dispatch
• All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways
• We do not store credit card or banking information on our servers
• In case of failed transactions, amounts will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

We offer nationwide shipping across India with professional, custom-designed packaging to protect all artworks during transit. Delivery timelines vary based on product type and destination.

• Standard products: 5–10 business days after dispatch
• Custom commissions: delivery timeline is agreed upon individually during consultation
• Free shipping is offered on all orders unless otherwise specified during checkout
• Risk of damage passes to the customer upon delivery; we strongly recommend inspecting the package before signing
• Aesthetic Silai is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control
• For installation services, our team will contact you separately to schedule a convenient appointment

We stand behind the quality of every piece we create. Our returns and refund policy is as follows:

• Standard products: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described
• Custom commissions: Non-refundable once production has commenced, except in cases of manufacturing defects attributable to us
• To initiate a return, contact us at hello@aestheticsilai.com within the return window, with photographs of the item and packaging
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days
• Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error

All content on aestheticsilai.com — including but not limited to artwork photographs, design concepts, written descriptions, logos, and brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of Aesthetic Silai.

• No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used commercially without our explicit written permission
• Artwork designs created for custom commissions are jointly owned unless a full IP transfer agreement is executed in writing
• Client-provided reference images and photographs remain the property of the client
• Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aesthetic Silai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any information on our website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
